Orthopedic and Spine Surgeons

Surgery

Most car accident patients will be able to make a full recovery with conservative treatments, such as Chiropractic and Pain Management. However, there are many instances in which a patient will not make a full recovery without a surgical procedure. Even if the patient never receives surgery, being able to get a consultation will go a long way in making sure that their treatment plan is adequate for their needs. American Injury Alliance teams up with some of the top Surgeons in the United States who work with Personal Injury cases. These surgeons will work with our other healthcare professionals, focusing on the patient's needs and working together as a team.

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, and are in need of medical help, it is best to start off with an evaluation from a Chiropractor or another Medical Doctor who is trained in patient intake. Once an initial evaluation is done, there are certain examinations and evaluations that will help your Medical professional assess the level of damage your injuries were. This includes orthopedic and neurological testing. Often, these tests will lead to the Doctor requiring additional imaging, such as X-ray and MRI. Once these images are taken, they are read by another Doctor called a Radiologist. The report will then be returned back to the Doctors who are working with the patients, and at this point if the patient requires a surgical consult, they will be referred to the surgeon's office who works with their specific type of surgical requirement.
